Seashells to Australia?

This one is a bit tricky. There would normally not be an issue with this assuming there is no evidence of sand on the shells or that the shells themselves are not on the CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) list. A photo of these, sent prior to shipping, could be checked with AQIS (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) to ensure that there are no problems on import.
