Moving Home & Moving with Children
Children need time to adjust when moving home, so tell them as soon as you can before they hear it from eleswhere. Younger children need not be told until the move is underway. Moods will have an affect so make sure its an adventure pointing out the positives to enable them to adjust. Being stressed will have a negative affect so talk to them giving as many details as necessary. Be excited about new surroundings, school, friends and the new community as well as the new home the furniture removers are taking you all too. Encourage your children to ask questions and to express their feelings as almost all children will show initial resistance. Younger children focus on the present so moving home in a few weeks time will not mean much at all. Show them pictures of others moving home and maybe play with toy trucks pretending to carry out the move and keep it happy. Be aware of childrens moods and any internal issues, encourage them that its okay to disagree allowing discussion to ease worries. Once the issues are out then solutions can be found.
Burke Bros supply colouring in pamphletts for young children with story lines to help children understand about the big day when furniture removers arrive to help with home moving.

Removals to Canada including moving Tractors to Canada
Boys and Toys. Movers to Canada.
Members of CAM the Canadian Association of Movers.
Burke Bros International movers to Canada. Moving home is not always about the furniture and personal effects. We have many clients moving cars, motorbikes even aeroplanes abroad. Recently we moved a client and his home from Shropshire to Canada who amongst his toys were three tractors (photo to follow). Not a problem for Burke Bros as they were loaded onto a lowloader taken to the port for transfer onto a ship setting sail for Halifax Nova Scocia where they are to be transferred via lowloader again and onto a smaller vessel for their final destination Prince Edward Island. Boys dont age…its just that the toys get more expensive. The tractors are a collection and are not likely to be seen working on the land. We also have shipped larger farming equipment that was shipped to Montreal Port then transferred to rail to cross Canada to Vancouver for Farmers starting a new life in Canada.

Removals to France & Moving To France
Burke Bros attended the Latest French property Show held at Earls Court and were the only movers in attendance. Removals to France have been a specialist area of Burke Bros for 25 years now and have been advertising in Living France and French Property News for over 20 years also attending French property shows since 1988. Ben Hingley Sales Manager said `the market has been picking up since sept 2010. Removals to France have been slowly increasing since then and already we have several vans allocated for the first two weeks in February which is traditionaly the quiet month of the year for moving people to France`. Hundreds of people who are leaving the UK stopped by enquiring about moving services and many are looking to store prior to finding a property of their dreams. We anticipate growth in this sector of the market and predicted this last Autumn as quoted at the time by Gary Burke in French Property News. Burke Bros have been the market leaders for the last 25 years for moving to France and carry out many moves on behalf of the public, corporate and trade markets. Currency companies, French estate agents and lawyers are all experiencing the increase in clients looking to move to France. Gary Burke managing Director stated ` we have had slowdowns three times over the past 25 years and this latest fourth slowdown has been the hardest as many movers have disappeared resulting in an increase to our French business as less movers have been operating`. 2011 will see an increase as already witnessed at Earls court .
