Dear Gary,

Firstly, please accept my apologies for not getting back to you sooner regarding our successful move to France in November of last year. I meant to write immediately to thank you for the great service that you provided but can only apologise for my delay in writing.

Glen and Richard were absolutely magnificent with regard to both the packing and the moving of our furniture. I cannot thank them enough for making what could have been a very stressful move into a smooth, relatively painless affair. Because of their professionalism and ability we were able to feel settled in our new home much quicker than could have been expected. Please pass on our thanks to them both.

Thank you also for all the help provided by you and your team in the build up to our move. I was made to feel very secure in your capable hands and this removed one big headache from my worry list!
