Hi Gary,

Just wanted to let you know that our move went really smoothly last week. Both deliveries were spot on – and we can’t think of anything we’re missing. Stuff was in exactly the condition we left it.

You provided a vehicle which managed our road (just) and both Mark and Sean were a pleasure to work with – and they worked really hard.

An unexpected and pleasant surprise was that Mark had also moved us out of our house in Herts two years ago.

My father-in-law had a delivery later in the week from Whites in Portsmouth – they sent a 14m van which couldn’t make the road – bolts were separated or missing from the furniture – nightmare!

Anyway, I wanted to let you know and say thanks!
